Visiting Boston, Adorei! January 19, 2008

massachusetts-state-house-by-georgete.jpgI recently visited Boston and I simply adored it (“Adorei” in Portuguese)! As soon as I left the train station, I started taking pictures of everything, from buildings and streets to people and historic monuments.

There were so many interesting subjects, that I wish I had more time to document all of them with my camera. I really enjoyed it!

Here is one of my favorite pictures of the Massachusetts State House, which was built between 1795 and 1797 on Beacon Hill and overlooks the Boston Common, the oldest public park in the history of the U.S (see below).

By the way, I heard that to live in a three-bedroom condominium at Beacon Hill can cost you US$ 6 million. Unbelievable!
